Ingredients

Artichoke, onion, garlic , white wine[Sulphites], oat milk, veg stock(salt, sugar, palm oil, starch, vegetables: onion, carrot, shallot, tomato, celery, sunflower oil, turmeric, coriander, parsley, nutmeg), cornflour, gluten free bread crumb(soya protein), potato crisps(potato, sunflower oil, salt) tarragon, mixed herbs, dijon mustard [Sulphites] (contains: Water, Mustard Seeds, Vinegar, Salt, Antioxidant (Citric Acid)). May contain trace elements of gluten, shellfish, soya, milk, crustaceans

Cooking Instructions

*For best results oven cook from frozen

Serves 1

OVEN: Preheat oven. .Remove sleeve and film. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven.
OVEN SETTINGS: Fan 170°C , Electric 190°C , Gas Mark 5. 35 mins. Allow to stand for 5 min. Ensure the food is piping hot before serving.
MICROWAVE: Remove sleeve and pierce film. Cook on full power. 850W
4mins > stir well & re-cover > 3 mins Allow to stand for 3 min. Place on microwavable plate. Ensure the food is piping hot and stir well before serving.
