Ingredients

Rump Beef (32%), Merlot Wine (25%) [Sulphites], Cup Mushrooms (9%), Onions, Silverskin Onions (7%), Smoked Back Bacon (7%), Beef Glace, Water, Wheat Flour, Rapeseed Oil, Garlic, Tomato Puree, Redcurrant Jelly, Bay leaf, Balsamic Vinegar [Sulphites], Thyme, Rosemary, Demerara Sugar, Salt, Black Pepper.

Beef Glace contains: Beef Stock (Water, Beef Stock), Glucose, Yeast Extracts, Salt, Flavouring, Sugar, Sunflower Oil, Emulsifier (Mono- and di-glycerides of fatty acids). Wheat Flour contains: Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Nicotinamide (Vit B3), Thiamine Hydrochloride (Vit B1). Redcurrant Jelly contains: Sugar, Water, Redcurrant Juice Concentrate (7%), Gelling Agent (Pectin), Dextrose. Balsamic Vinegar contains: Wine Vinegar, Grape Must, Colour: Caramel, Antioxidant: Potassium Metabisulphite. Merlot Wine contains: Merlot, Preservative: Sulphur Dioxide. Smoked Bacon contains: Pork, Salt, Water, Preservatives (Sodium Nitrites, Potassium Nitrate), Antioxidant (Sodium Ascorbate).

Cooking Instructions

SERVES 1

OVEN:
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven.

OVEN SETTINGS
Fan 170°C, Electric 190°C, Gas Mark 5.
30 mins
Allow to stand for 2 mins and stir well before serving. Make sure the food is piping hot.

MICROWAVE:
Remove sleeve and pierce film. Cook on full power.

3 mins > stir & re-cover > 3 mins 30 secs
Allow to stand for 1 min and stir well before serving. Make sure the food is piping hot.

DEFROST INSTRUCTIONS:
Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the cooking guidelines but cook for 20 mins.

EXTRA WARNINGS:
Steam may be released when removing film lid.

SERVES 2
