Ingredients

Puff Pastry (40%) [Wheat Gluten, Milk], Beef Fillet (38%), Cup Mushrooms (4%), Marsala Wine [Sulphites], Rapeseed Oil, Crêpe [Milk, Egg]. Onions, Free Range Pasteurised Egg Yolk, White Bread [Wheat Gluten, Soya], Salt, Garlic, Mustard Seeds, Porcini Mushroom Stock, Parsley, Thyme, Cracked Black Pepper.

White Bread contains: Wheat Flour, Water, Yeast, Salt, Spirit Vinegar, Soya Flour, Emulsifier: mono- and diacetyltartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, Rapeseed Oil, Flour Treatment Agent: Ascorbic Acid. Puff Pastry contains: Wheat Flour, Butter, Water, Salt. Crêpe contains: Pasteurised Free Range Whole Egg, Whole Egg Powder, Skimmed Milk Powder, Butter (Unsalted), Sea Salt. Porcini Mushroom Stock contains: Mushroom Juice Concentrate, Yeast Extract, Water, Salt, Porcini Mushroom (5%), Sunflower Oil.

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

OVEN:
Due to the natural variation in this product, these cooking instructions are only a guideline for a medium/rare finish. Preheat oven. Remove from all packaging and place directly onto a baking tray with the silicone sheet provided. Cook in the top of the oven.

OVEN SETTINGS
Fan 170°C, Electric 190°C, Gas Mark 5.

DEFROST INSTRUCTIONS:
Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 30-35 mins.
