Water, Beetroot (14%), Red Wine (12%) (contains: Preservative: Potassium Metabisulphite), Cup Mushrooms (11%), Carrots (10%), Celeriac (8%), Silverskin Onions, Tomato Puree, Onions, Rapeseed Oil, Light Vegetable Stock (contains: Partially Reconstituted Vegetables (Onion, Potato, Leek, Celery), Salt, Maltodextrin, Sunflower Oil, Yeast Extract, Concentrated Carrot Juice, Natural Flavouring (Contains Celery)), Garlic, Balsamic Vinegar (contains: Wine Vinegar, Concentrated Grape Must, Colour: Caramel, Antioxidant: Potassium Metabisulphite), Cornflour, Thyme, Salt, Bay Leaf.

Cooking Instructions

SERVES 1

OVEN:
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven.

OVEN SETTINGS
Fan 170°C, Electric 190°C, Gas Mark 5.
40 mins
Allow to stand for 2 mins and stir well before serving. Make sure the food is piping hot.

MICROWAVE:
Remove sleeve and pierce film. Cook on full power.

3 mins 30 secs > stir & re-cover > 3 mins
Allow to stand for 1 min and stir well before serving. Make sure the food is piping hot.

DEFROST INSTRUCTIONS:
Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the microwave guidelines but cook for 3 mins, stir, 1 min.

EXTRA WARNINGS:
Steam may be released when removing film lid.
