Then it’s time for the smoked lardons, sauteed chestnut mushrooms and caramelised shallots

Ingredients

Beef (31%), Merlot (23%) [Sulphites], Shallots (9%), Onion, Chestnut Mushrooms (7%), Smoked Streaky Bacon (6%), Olive Oil Blend, Beef Glace, Water, Wheat Flour, Garlic, Tomato Puree, Redcurrant Jelly, Bay Leaves, Balsamic Vinegar [Sulphites], Demerara Sugar, Thyme, Rosemary, Salt, Pepper.
Smoked Streaky Bacon contains: Pork, Water, Salt, Dextrose, Preservatives (Potassium Nitrate, Sodium Nitrite), Antioxidant (Sodium Ascorbate). Olive Oil Blend contains: Pomace Olive Oil, Sunflower Oil. Cooking Instructions

SERVES 1

OVEN: Preheat oven. Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven. OVEN SETTINGS Fan 170°C, Electric 190°C, Gas Mark 5. 30 mins Allow to stand for 2 mins and stir well before serving. Make sure the food is piping hot. MICROWAVE: Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on a microwaveable plate. Cook on full power. 850W 3 mins > stir & re-cover > 3 mins Allow to stand for 1 min and stir well before serving. Make sure the food is piping hot. DEFROST INSTRUCTIONS: Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the cooking guidelines but cook for 20-25 mins. EXTRA WARNINGS: Steam may be released when removing film lid.

DEFROST INSTRUCTIONS: Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the cooking guidelines but cook for 30-35 mins. EXTRA WARNINGS: Steam may be released when removing film lid.

EXTRA WARNINGS: Steam may be released when removing film lid.
