Cooking Instructions

Serves 1
OVEN: Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven.
OVEN SETTINGS: Fan 170°C , Electric 190°C , Gas Mark 5. 40mins. Allow to stand for 5 min. Ensure the food is piping hot and stir well before serving.
MICROWAVE: Remove sleeve and pierce film. Cook on full power. 850W
3 mins > stir well & re-cover > 3 mins 30 secs. Allow to stand for 3 min. Place on microwavable plate. Ensure the food is piping hot and stir well before serving.
