Bourgogne Pinot Noir

Bourgogne, home to some of the world’s most prestigious and expensive wines. And some of your favourites too. Back by popular demand, we’re very excited about this Pinot Noir.

The fruit-laden nose evokes at first Morello cherry and strawberry then develops towards blackcurrant, liquorice and often a touch of spice.

A wine to match with well-balanced cooking that is neither too spicy nor too heavy. So why not try our new Beef Mondeuse from Chalet Chef? Or the classic Beef Bourguignon.

Would you like a little wine knowledge to impress your ski friends and family with? Oh, go on then. Huski delivers.

Pinot noir is a difficult variety to cultivate and transform into wine.[3] The grape’s tendency to produce tightly packed clusters makes it susceptible to several viticultural hazards involving rot that require diligent canopy management. The thin-skins and low levels of phenolic compounds lends pinot to producing mostly lightly colored, medium bodied and low tannin wines that can often go through phases of uneven and unpredictable aging.
