Burgundy Pinot Noir Domaine Félix

This wine has a sparkling red colour with a nose of red fruits: cherry, raspberry and redcurrant. The fruit flavours are found in the mouth, energised by a mineral freshness. Goes well with cold meats and grilled red meats. For cheeses it is a must: Camembert, Brie de Meaux or Melun, Epoisses, Langres... and it goes well with charlottes and clafoutis.
