Succulent chicken pieces in creamy tarragon and Dijon mustard sauce topped with a Gruyere crust. This is our best selling chicken dish, and perhaps the nicest dinner you will eat on your skiing holiday.

Onion, garlic, chicken, white wine (sulphites), cream, chicken stock (salt, maltodextrin, yeast extract, chicken, vegetable extract, celery, carrot, leeks, onions, rosemary), tarragon, baguette (buckwheat flour, gluten), dijon mustard (sulphites)(contains: water, mustard seeds, vinegar, salt, antioxidant (citric acid), deactivated yeast, gruyere, mustard, salt, pepper, water

Cooking Instructions


Preheat oven to Fan 170 degrees/Electric 190 degrees/Gas Mark 5.
Remove sleeve and pierce film.
Place on baking tray in the centre of the oven.
Cook for 50 mins and then allow to stand for 5 mins.
Ensure the food is piping hot before serving.

Not suitable for microwaves. Oven cook from frozen.
