Ingredients

Chicken (33%), Onions, Double Cream (10%) [Milk], Chopped Tomatoes (6%), Coconut Milk (6%), Rapeseed Oil, Tomato Puree, Water, Creamed Coconut (3%) [Sulphites], Sugar, Almond Nuts, Natural Yoghurt [Milk], Garlic, Salt, Coriander, Cinnamon, Garam Masala, Lemon Juice Concentrate [Sulphites], Ground Coriander, Paprika, Madras Powder [Mustard], Ginger Puree, Bay Leaf, Chilli Powder, Ground Cumin.

Lemon Juice Concentrate: Lemon Juice from Concentrate, Natural Lime Essence, Preservative: Potassium Metabisulphite. Coconut Milk contains: Coconut, Water. Madras Powder contains: Coriander, Turmeric, Chilli, Mustard, Cumin, Pepper , Fenugreek, Garlic, Salt, Fennel. Garam Masala contains: Ground Coriander, Ground Cumin, Ground Fine Black Pepper, Ground Cinnamon, Ground Ginger, Broken Star Aniseed, Ground Green Cardamom, Ground Pimento, Ground Black Cardamom, Ground Bay Leaves, Ground Cloves, Ground Nutmeg.

Cooking Instructions

SERVES 1

OVEN:
Pre-heat oven. Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on baking tray in centre of oven.

OVEN SETTINGS
Fan 160°C,
Electric 180°C,
Gas Mark 4.
40-45 mins
Allow to rest for 2 mins. Remove film and stir before serving.

MICROWAVE:
Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on microwaveable plate. Cook on full power.
850W
3 mins > stir gently & re-cover > 3 mins
Allow to stand for 2 mins. Stir and ensure the food is piping hot before serving.

DEFROST INSTRUCTIONS:
Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the cooking guidelines but cook for 30-35 mins.

EXTRA WARNINGS:
Steam may be released when removing lid. Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.

Allow to rest for 2 mins. Remove film and stir before serving.

Allow to rest for 2 mins. Remove film and stir before serving.
