FOR BEST RESULTS DEFROST IN THE FRIDGE AND EAT AS SOON AS YOU CAN. SERVE CHILLED. 1.Defrost for 3 – 4 hours in the fridge or 2 hours in a cool room. 2.Eat as soon as possible once thawed. In the unlikely event of there being any leftovers, keep in the fridge and eat within 48 hours.
