Basmati Rice (88%), Coconut Milk (4%), Rapeseed Oil, Thai Yellow Curry Paste, Lemongrass Puree [Sulphites], Ginger Puree, Garlic, Salt, Sugar, Coriander, Lime Leaves.

Thai Yellow Curry Paste contains: Shallot, Lemon Grass, Curry Powder, (Tumeric, Cinnamon, Coriander Seed, Clove, Fennel, Cardamon), Salt, Garlic, Dried Chilli, Galangal, Clove, Ginger, Turmeric, Citric Acid: Acidity Regulator.

Cooking Instructions

SERVES 1

OVEN:
Pre-heat oven. Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on baking tray in centre of oven.

OVEN SETTINGS
Fan 160°C, Electric 180°C , Gas Mark 4.
20-25 mins
Ensure this food is piping hot before serving.

MICROWAVE:
Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on microwaveable plate. Cook on full power.

2 mins > stir gently & re-cover > 1 min
Remove film and stir before serving.

DEFROST INSTRUCTIONS:
Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines and cook for 15-20 mins.

EXTRA WARNINGS:
Steam may be released when removing film lid.
