Cooking Instructions

SERVES 1

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

OVEN:
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Place on a baking tray in the top of the oven.

OVEN SETTINGS
Fan 160°C , Electric 180°C , Gas Mark 4.
40-45 mins
Allow to stand for 2 mins. Ensure this food is piping hot before serving.

DEFROST INSTRUCTIONS:
Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines and cook for 20-25 minutes.
