Ingredients

Cauliflower (42%), Onions, Water, Rapeseed Oil, Peas (4%), Creamed Coconut (3%) [Sulphites], Coconut Milk (2%), Chopped Tomatoes, Garlic, Ground Almond Nuts, Sugar, Crispy Onions [Wheat Gluten], Ginger, Cinnamon, Salt, Ground Cumin, Ground Coriander, Cornflour, Turmeric, Nigella Seeds, Garam Masala, Cumin Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Bay Leaf.

Garam Masala contains: Ground Coriander, Ground Cumin, Ground Fine Black Pepper, Ground Cinnamon, Ground Ginger, Broken Star Aniseed, Ground Green Cardamom, Ground Pimento, Ground Black Cardamom, Ground Bay Leaves, Ground Cloves, Ground Nutmeg. Cripsy Onions contain: Onion, Vegetable Oil (Rapeseed & Palm Oil), Wheat Flour and Salt. This product is made in our kitchen in Kent, using ingredients of a varied origin.

Cooking Instructions

OVEN:
Preheat oven. Remove film lid and cook in the centre of the oven.

OVEN SETTINGS
Fan 170°C,
Electric 190°C,
Gas Mark 5.
30-35 mins
Allow to stand for 1 min before serving.

MICROWAVE:
Remove sleeve, pierce film. Cook on full power.

3 mins > stir well > 2 mins
Allow to stand for 1 min before serving.

DEFROST INSTRUCTIONS:
Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 20-25 mins.

EXTRA WARNINGS:
Steam may be released when removing film lid.
