Ingredients

Chicken (42%), Coconut Milk (19%), Green Peppers, Water, Creamed Coconut [Sulphites], Demerara Sugar, Thai Fish Sauce, Lime Leaf, Thai Green Curry Paste, Cornflour, Lemongrass Puree [Sulphites], Tamarind, Rapeseed Oil, Coriander, Ginger Puree, Salt.

Thai Fish Sauce contains: Water, Anchovy Fish Extract, Salt, Sugar. Thai Green Curry Paste contains: Green Chilli, Onion, Garlic, Lemongrass, Salt, Galangal, Kaffir Lime Leaves, Spices.

Cooking Instructions

SERVES 1

MICROWAVE:
Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on microwaveable plate. Cook on full power.

3 mins > stir gently & re-cover > 2 mins
Allow to sit for 2 mins and stir well before serving. Ensure the food is piping hot.

OVEN:
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on baking tray in centre of oven.

OVEN SETTINGS
Fan 160°C, Electric 180°C, Gas Mark 4.
40-45 mins
Stir well and allow to sit for 2 mins before serving. Ensure the food is piping hot.

DEFROST INSTRUCTIONS:
Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the microwave guidelines but cook for 2 mins. Stir well then cook for a further 1 min 30 secs.

EXTRA WARNINGS:
Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain. Steam may be released when removing film lid.

SERVES 2

5 mins > stir gently & re-cover > 5 mins
Allow to sit for 2 mins and stir well before serving. Ensure the food is piping hot.
