Roast Chicken Stock contains: Roast Chicken, Maltodextrin, Salt, Natural Flavouring, Chicken Fat, Sugar, Lemon Juice (from concentrate), Onion Powder. Gluten Free Flour contains: Flour blend [Rice, Potato, Tapioca, Maize & Buckwheat].
Cooking Instructions
OVEN:
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve, pierce film & place on a baking tray. Cook in the top of the oven.
OVEN SETTINGS
Fan 160°C, Electric 180°C, Gas Mark 4.
28-30 mins
Stir well and allow to rest for 2 mins before serving.
MICROWAVE:
Remove sleeve, pierce film lid and cook on full power.

3 mins > stir & re-cover > 2 mins
Stir well and allow to rest for 2 mins before serving.
DEFROST INSTRUCTIONS:
Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the microwave guidelines but cook for 2 mins, stir, 1 min.
EXTRA WARNINGS:
Steam may be released when removing film lid. Although every effort has been made to remove all chicken bones, some may remain.
