Ingredients

Puff Pastry (53%) [Wheat Gluten, Milk], Kiln-Roasted Salmon (21%) [Fish, Crustaceans], Free Range Pasteurised Egg Yolk, Mascarpone [Milk], Crème Fraiche (5%) [Milk], Spinach (4%), Horseradish Sauce (3%) [Mustard, Sulphites, Egg], Lemon Juice, Dill Paste, White Wine Vinegar [Sulphites], Dried Dill, Salt.

Crème Fraiche contains: Cream, Skimmed Milk, Potassium Sorbate, Culture. Mascarpone Cheese contains: Milk, Cream and Citric Acid (E330). Horseradish Sauce contains: Spirit Vinegar, Horseradish, Turnip, Rapeseed Oil, Water, Glucose Fructose Syrup, Sugar, Flavourings, Salt, Pasteurised Egg Yolk Powder, Thickener (Xanthan Gum), Mustard Flour, Preservative (Sodium Metabisulphite). Dill Paste contains: Dill, White Wine Vinegar, Sunflower Oil, Sugar, Salt. White Wine Vinegar contains: Wine, Antioxidant: Sulphur Dioxide. Kiln-Roasted Salmon contains: Scottish Farmed Salmon, Salt, Sugar. Puff Pastry contains: Wheat Flour, Margarine (Vegetable Fat (Sustainable Palm), Water, Salt, Lemon Juice), Water, Salt.

Cooking Instructions

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

OVEN:
Preheat oven. Remove canapés from all packaging and place directly onto a baking tray. Cook in the top of the oven.
OVEN SETTINGS

Fan 180°C,
Electric 200°C,
Gas Mark 6.

18-20 mins
Once cooked, ensure the puff pastry is golden brown and crisp. Cook for longer if necessary to achieve this finish. Allow to rest for 2 mins before serving. When cooking more than one pack of canapés at a time, allow extra cooking time.
DEFROST INSTRUCTIONS:
Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 13-15 mins.
