Loire Sancerre Domaine Tayaux

Made with 100% sauvignon grapes where the average age of the vines in 20 years old. It is pale yellow with a bouquet of fruit on the nose. This wine is very elegant and pairs well as an aperitif, with seafood and fish or with goat's cheese.
