Mixed Case House Wine

6 bottles of hand selected wine from across the vineyards of France. 2 red, 2 white and 2 rosé. It maybe house wine, but it’s a very nice house with a swimming pool, a few king size beds, a sauna and a garden.

We had deep discussions late into the night with our wine suppliers in order to bring you the finest, greatest tasting wines possible. All for a good price. This is an introduction to our more accessible wines.

So what will you be drinking?

Montgravet Colombard × 2

Light and citrusy on the nose with an exciting burst of fruit on the palate and a fresh, vibrant acidity.

Glossy Golden Yellow. Complex aromas of tropical fruits and flowers, some elder and herbal notes. Rich and simultaneously elegant with a lingering finish

Domaine Montplo Rouge × 2

Very blackcurranty on the nose and palate along with blackberries and raspberries and hints of spiciness. Drink as an aperitif or with white meats, pizza, a barbecue or cheese.

Ruby red in colour, filled with a lot of lovely red fruits like raspberry and cassis, amplified with notes of vanilla. It is smooth, round and full bodied on the fruity palate—a lovely easy-drinking wine. Dense and velvety, intense red berries and a lingerish finish.

Estandon Gris Souvenir du Var × 2

A simple Provencal rose with sweet red fruit characters, the lighter side of medium bodied on the palate with fresh, zingy acidity on the finish. A great jacuzzi rosé but with much more class.

The IGP Var “Argens” is a gray wine resonating with the limestone, gypsum and crystalline origins of the Argens watershed. This river which has its source in Seillons, crosses the center of the Var from East to West. This valley is part of the natural heritage of the Var department, because of its geological wealth, bio-diversity and history.
