Oven: Remove sleeve and film. Preheat oven to 170°C (Gas mark 3). Cook for 30 minutes, shake and return to oven for a further 10 minutes. Ensure food is piping hot before serving.
Microwave: Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on a microwaveable plate. Cook on full power. (850W)

Allow to stand for 1 mins and stir well before serving.
