Named after the great Russian ballerina Anna Pavlova, this is as light as she was on her feet and will leave you craving for one more slice. But probably unable to perform a triple pirouette.

Caster Sugar (29%), Whipping Cream (28%) [Milk], Raspberries (21%), Free Range Pasteurised Egg White (19%), Icing Sugar (2%), Vinegar [Sulphites], Cornflour, Vanilla Flavouring.

Free Range Pasteurised Egg White contains Thickener: Guar Gum. Vinegar contains: White Wine Vinegar, Sodium Metabisulphite. Vanilla Flavouring contains: Mono-propylene Glycol, Flavourings, Vanilla Flavouring.

DEFROST INSTRUCTIONS:
For best results defrost at room temperature and eat as soon as you can 1. It is very important to remove the dessert from all packaging and place on a serving dish whilst it’s still frozen. You’ll find it much easier to handle. 2. Defrost for 5-7 hours at room temperature or 11-12 hours in the fridge. 3. Eat as soon as possible once thawed. In the unlikely event of there being any leftovers, keep in the fridge and eat within 48 hours.
