Ingredients

Lamb (50%), Red Wine and Rosemary Jus (50%) [Celery, Sulphites], Rapeseed Oil, Rosemary, Salt, White Pepper.

Red Wine and Rosemary Jus contains: Water, Red Wine (8%), Onion, Carrots, Celery, Lamb Glace, Redcurrant Jelly, Rapeseed Oil, Tomato Puree, Garlic, Cornflour, Salt, Thyme, Rosemary. Lamb Glace contains: Lamb Meat Concentrate, Maltodextrin, Yeast Extract, Salt, Glucose, Modified Starch, Vegetable Concentrates (Onion, Garlic, Celery, Carrot), Emulsifier (Mono- and diglycerdies of fatty acids), Herb and Spice Oils. Redcurrant Jelly contains: Glucose Syrup, Redcurrant Juice (from concentrate), Gelling Agent (Pectin), Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid, Sodium Citrate), Elderberry Extract.

Cooking Instructions

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

OVEN:
Pre-heat oven. Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on a baking tray in the top of the oven.

OVEN SETTINGS
Fan 180°C, Electric 200°C, Gas Mark 6.
40 mins > remove film > 25-30 mins
Allow to stand for 2 mins before serving.

DEFROST INSTRUCTIONS:
Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 2 days. Follow the cooking guidelines and cook for 25 mins film on and 20 mins film removed.

EXTRA WARNINGS:
Steam may be released when removing film lid. This product contains bones.
