Sticky Toffee Pudding

A sumptuously dark, fluffy all-butter sponge made with dates, vanilla and a deliciously sticky toffee sauce.

Ingredients

Double Cream [Milk], Brown Sugar, Self Raising Flour [Wheat Gluten], Dates (12%), Butter [Milk] (12%), Water, Free Range Pasteurised Egg, Sugar, Unsalted Butter [Milk], Coffee Essence, Caramelised Sugar Syrup, Bicarbonate of Soda, Vanilla Extract, Ground Ginger [Sulphites].

Vanilla Extract contains: Water, Alcohol, Vanilla Bean Extractives. Dates contain: Dates, Rice Flour. Coffee essence contains: Sugar, Water, Chicory, Coffee.

Cooking Instructions

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

OVEN:
Pre-heat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Cook in the centre of the oven.

OVEN SETTINGS
Fan 160°C,
Electric 180°C,
Gas Mark 4.
30-35 mins
Once cooked ensure the sponge is firm to the touch in the centre. Allow to stand for 2 mins.

DEFROST INSTRUCTIONS:
Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 23-25 mins.

EXTRA WARNINGS:
Although every care has been taken to remove all date stones, some may remain.

OVEN:
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film lid. Cook on a baking tray in the centre of the oven.

OVEN SETTINGS
Fan 160°C, Electric 180°C, Gas Mark 4.
50-55 mins
Ensure the sponge is firm to the touch in the centre. Allow to stand for 2 mins.
