Three Day Gluten Free Menu for 1 – €8.50 pp/pd


If we told you a few years ago you could go skiing in the French alps and choose a selection of multi-day gluten free menus, you would have raised a skeptical eye. Now it’s a reality.

The 3 day gluten free menu is the smaller, more compact version of its 6 day cousin. It gives you the flexibility to eat at home 3 nights of the holiday and then spend the other 3 exploring the restaurants and bars of your resort. And it is all gluten free.

Start off with the glorious and bubbly Champagne chicken. Move on to a two bean chilli and finish with a green Thai chicken curry with coconut and lime leaf rice.

Champagne Chicken

This is decadent to the max and a great way to start the week, or a wind down at the end of a hard weeks skiing.

Tender chicken breast, slow-cooked in a delicate cream and Champagne sauce, with shallots and thyme.

Mashed potato, cream, butter, sea salt and cracked black pepper.

Two Bean Chilli with Sweet Potato & Brown Rice (Serves 1)

A one pot meal of rich, smoky chilli with cannellini beans, kidney beans and Portobello mushrooms, served with brown rice and topped with sweet potato, yellow peppers and kale.

Green Thai Chicken Curry

Creamy, aromatic and packed with flavour. This has been on the COOK menu for 15 years, and we’ve been perfecting it along the way.

Coconut & Lime Leaf Rice

Basmati rice with coconut milk, kaffir lime leaf, lemongrass and coriander.
