Three Day Gluten Free Menu for 1


If we told you a few years ago you could go skiing in the French alps and choose a selection of multi-day gluten free menus, you would have raised a skeptical eye. Now it’s a reality.

The 3 day gluten free menu is the smaller, more compact version of its 6 day cousin. It gives you the flexibility to eat at home 3 nights of the holiday and then spend the other 3 exploring the restaurants and bars of your resort. And it is all gluten free.

Spanish Bean Stew with Peppers & Kale

Cannellini and butter beans in a rich and smoky tomato sauce, with red and yellow peppers and kale.

Cottage Pie

Our own minced beef, slow-cooked with red wine, thyme, celery and carrots, covered with buttery mash and topped with a mustard seed crumb.

Medley of Roasted Vegetables

Diced beetroot, butternut squash and parsnip roasted in thyme and rosemary oil.

Roasted Vegetable & Chickpea Curry

Oven roasted peppers with cauliflower and spinach in a gently spiced chickpea and lentil sauce.

Plain Basmati Rice

Plain rice is perfect thing to balance the richer curry dishes.
