Three Day Vegan Menu for 1


If you’re a vegan then you know how hard it is to get good, nutritious vegan food in the French Alps. Choices are limited if they exist at all. No doubt you have had enough of ordering french fries in a mountain side restaurant as it’s the only thing on their menu you can eat.

With the Huski 3-day Vegan menu we are changing the vegan landscape during your ski holiday. Now you can now enjoy three different main dishes, 3 days of your stay.

Red Lentil & Mixed Bean Casserole

Hearty and delicious: tender red lentils, mixed beans, roasted vegetables and green beans in a tomato and basil sauce.

Spanish Bean Stew with Peppers & Kale

Cannellini and butter beans in a rich and smoky tomato sauce, with red and yellow peppers and kale.

Yellow Vegetable Curry

A creamy Indonesian-style curry with roasted vegetables, green beans and toasted cashews. Flavours of coconut, tamarind, coriander, lemongrass and garlic abound!

Plain Basmati Rice

Plain rice is perfect thing to balance the richer curry dishes.
