Welcome Night Hamper for 2

Your two most stressful periods of a ski holiday? Arriving in resort and the first morning. With Huski, that is no longer the case. The Welcome Night Hamper will help you ease into your holiday.

Enjoy a two course dinner and a bottle of wine on your arrival in your accommodation. And because on your first morning all you want to do is hit the slopes, there is also a continental breakfast.

Now what time is ski school?

All dishes are hand-made by COOK, free from additives and preservatives and taste as good as if your grandmother had made them herself. They are as healthy as the fresh mountain air. Dishes arrive frozen, making preparation as easy as pie. Most dishes are ready to eat in under an hour (see website for precise timings).

Chicken, Ham and Leek Pie

Tender chicken breast, ham and sweet leeks in a white wine sauce, topped with our new melt-in-the-mouth, shortcrust pastry.

Serves 2

Creamy Mash

Mashed potato, cream, butter, sea salt and cracked black pepper.

Serves 2

Peas & Leeks with a Lemon and Herb Butter

Sauteed leeks and plump peas with lemon, basil and parsley butter.

Serves 2

Sticky Toffee Pudding

A sumptuously dark, fluffy all-butter sponge made with dates, vanilla and a deliciously sticky toffee sauce.

Serves 2

Picpoul de Pinet Blanc

One of the Loire Valley's best selling wines, the Picpoul quickly became a hugely popular white wine, both in The UK and abroad. And it's easy to taste why.

A light yellow colour with green shades and flavours of citrus fruits. On the palate, it's very round and supple, with plenty of character. If this wine was a ski resort it would be Val d'Isére - beautiful, challenging, vibrant and young at heart.

What should you drink it with? It's with fish and white meat in a creamy sauce. So our Thai curries, patés, prawn dishes and souffles.

Croissant (each) × 2

The humble croissant has been the buttery, flaky staple of a French breakfast since The Renaissance. You really can't come to France without having at least one.

Pain au Chocolat (each) × 2

The Viennese, sweeter, more chocolaty sibling to the Croissant. Always a favourite with the kids, the pain au chocolat is the best way to have chocolate for breakfast.

Tea (25 sachets)

There is nothing like a cup of tea to get you going in the morning. Especially if your legs are a bit sore by Wednesday.

Ground Coffee (250g)

Coffee is always a good idea. Always. Ours is ground and goes in a filter machine.

Fresh Milk (1L)

Whole, Semi-Skimmed or Skimmed Milk

Jam (370g)

Bonne Maman Jam is a household name in France and our favourite. Sweet and fruity, the perfect jam.

Strawberry or Raspberry Flavour.

Baguette (each)

Is there anything more quintessentially French than a baguette? Breakfast was made for the baguette, not the other way around.

Add butter and Jam. Poor some more coffee, wallow in the luxurious abandon of a French breakfast and forget you were supposed to be going skiing at 9 o'clock.

Butter (250g)

French Butter
