Winter Pudding (Serves 2)


Seasonal twist on a traditionally summer recipe bursting with blackberries, apple, raspberries, cranberries & blueberries enriched with cinnamon.

Cooking Instructions

Defrost for 5 hours at room temperature or for 7-8 hours in the fridge. Once it has thawed, take off lid and place a serving plate over the pudding. Turn the pudding upside down and lift off the bowl. You may need to very carefully run a knife around the edge to release it. This pudding will benefit from being left for an extra 1-2 hours in the bowl once defrosted – the fruit becomes even juicer. Serve with very thick cream.
