Ingredients

Coconut Milk, Red Onion (13%), Red Peppers (13%), Butternut Squash (11%), Onion (11%), Water, Yellow Peppers (7%), Green Beans (5%), Cashew Nuts (4%), Rapeseed Oil, Light Soy Sauce [Wheat Gluten, Soya], Cornflour, Sugar, Salt, Lime Juice, Coriander, Garlic, Tamarind Paste, Lemongrass Paste [Sulphites], Turmeric, Milled Lime Leaves, Ginger Puree, Red Birdseye Chilli, Lime Zest.

Light Soy Sauce contains: Water, Soybeans, Salt, Wheat Flour, Preservative: Potassium Sorbate. Tamarind Paste contains: Tamarind, Water. Lemongrass Paste contains: Lemon Grass, Lemon Juice, Salt. Ginger Puree contains: Ginger Puree, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid. Made in our kitchen in Kent, using ingredients of varied origin.

Cooking Instructions

SERVES 1

MICROWAVE:
Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on microwaveable plate. Cook on full power.

3 mins > stir gently & re-cover > 2 mins
Remove film and stir before serving.

OVEN:
Pre-heat oven. Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on baking tray in centre of oven.

OVEN SETTINGS
Fan 180°C,
Electric 200°C,
Gas Mark 6.
25-30 mins
Allow to stand for 2 mins, stir well before serving. Ensure this food is piping hot.

DEFROST INSTRUCTIONS:
Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the microwave instructions but cook for 2 mins, then a further 1 min.

EXTRA WARNINGS:
Steam may be released when removing lid.
