Savoie Wine Selection
The Haute-Savoie is not as famous a region as others in France, but it's well worth discovering the styles on offer. The most famous is the Mondeuse, which likes it's Argentine rival the Malbec, offers lots of dark berry fruit and real depth. Alongside is a drinkable rosé that offers a little more fruit than it's equivalent from Provence, but still enjoyable dry. And finally is the local Chignin from the Jacquere grape, which is fresh and enjoyable for your apéritif.
Premium Wine Selection
A well sourced and selection of good quality red, white and rosé wines. These are our finest wines that will be fun to drink on their own, or are well matched to the dinners we offer.
House Wine Selection
Specially chosen red, white and rosé wines. House wine doesn't do these sumptuous, fruity, elegant wines justice. Drank alone or with your dinner, these wines will always hit the spot.

Jacquinet-Dumez Dialogie NV Champagne
Dialogie is expressed by an "affirmed tension": it comes from the purity and the structure of the wine. The aromas which draw it are those of citrus fruits, quince paste, yellow fruits. An opulent wine, with a pretty raspberry fragrance underlining its delicacy. The ideal companion of cocktails and gastronomic dishes.
PSB Bouquetin IPA Craft Beer
What can we say, our Bouquetin IPA is a magical balance of maltiness and sweetness, it’s citrus aromas perforate every drop finishing up with a crisp not too overbearing bitterness. This fine brew wouldn’t be the same without a huge amount of Citra dry-hopping just after primary fermentation, it’s magical and totally worthy of its namesake the mighty wanderer of the high glacial alps. We are proud of our Bouquetin, every, last drop of it.
PSB Black Coq Porter Craft Beer
Brewed as a challenge, our Black Coq French Porter original recipe was designed to find the perfect balance of a quaffable dark roast and crisp finish for all year-round drinking. PSB Free Rider Blonde Craft Beer
Our Free Rider is a classic Bohemian style pilsner with a few tweaks, this tasty beverage has all the attributes to bring it up close and personal with its heritage. We use traditional Pilsner malts, plenty of Saaz hops and German lager yeast. We ferment this for up to two months at low temperatures to allow the lagering process to do its thing. Our Free Rider Session Pilsner is a perfect match for a hard days work, drink it cold as heck!
PSB Retro Rocket Amber Craft Beer
A classic, rich English malt base with a bunch of my favourite hops makes this cheeky beverage one of our best sellers. Balanced in the American style, not too sweet and not overly caramelised makes this brew one of our hidden treasures.
PSB Sunny Side Up NZIPA Craft Beer
Being born and raised in New Zealand, one of the first things on the agenda when I started this brewery was to brew a salute to the wonderful hops that are being grown under the South Pacific sun back home, the top of the South Island in Nelson to be precise. Our Sunny-Side Up is a damn tasty treat, its hazy-orange and gold colour is derived from an addition of malted rye which also adds a smooth silkiness and a slight bit of spice to the mix. Deep citrus and tropical fruits in abundance are forefront with a mellow white grape and bitter-sweet finish. Chur chur.
