Ingredients

Chicken (60%), Red Wine (13%) [Sulphites], Onions, Mushrooms (3%), Smoked Back Bacon (3%), Chopped Tomatoes, Butter [Milk], Plain Wheat Flour, Chicken Glace, Water, Brandy [Sulphites], Olive Oil Blend, Redcurrant Jelly, Tomato Puree, Garlic, Sea Salt, Gravy Browning, Red Wine Vinegar [Sulphites], Sugar, Thyme, Black Pepper, Bay Leaves, Demerara Sugar.

Smoked Back Bacon contains: Pork, Salt, Water, Preservatives (Sodium Nitrites, Potassium Nitrate), Antioxidant (Sodium Ascorbate). Chicken Glace contains: Chicken Stock (Water, Chicken Stock), Maltodextrin, Glucose, Yeast Extract, Salt, Flavouring. Olive Oil Blend contains: Pomace Olive Oil, Sunflower Oil. Redcurrant Jelly contains: Glucose Syrup, Redcurrant Juice from Concentrate, Gelling Agent (Pectin), Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid, Sodium Citrate), Elderberry Extract. Gravy Browning contains: Caramelised Sugar Syrup.

Cooking Instructions

SERVES 1

OVEN:
Pre-heat oven. Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven.

OVEN SETTINGS:
Electric 190°C,
Gas Mark 5.
30-35 mins
Allow to stand for 1 min and stir well before serving.

MICROWAVE:
Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on a microwaveable plate. Cook on full power.

3 mins > stir gently & re-cover > 3 mins
Allow to stand for 1 min and stir well before serving.

DEFROST INSTRUCTIONS:
Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the cooking guidelines but cook for 20-25 mins.

EXTRA WARNINGS:
Steam may be released when removing film lid.

SERVES 2

40-45 mins
Allow to stand for 2 mins and stir well before serving.

Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on a microwaveable plate. Cook on full power.

Allow to stand for 2 mins and stir well before serving.
