Cooking Instructions

OVEN: Preheat oven to (Fan 170°C/Electric 190°C/Gas Mark 5). Remove Sleeve. Pierce film. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 30 minutes, remove film and cook for a further 10 minutes. Allow to stand for 5 mins. Ensure the food is piping hot before serving.
MICROWAVE: Pierce film. Cook on full power. 850W. 9 mins. Ensure the food is piping hot before serving.
